EFB Elektronik cavo trunk U-DQ ZN BH OM4 8G 1x8 LC-LC 10 m Dca LSZH O8322S10OM4

Data center technicians and network engineers use this 10-meter OM4 trunk cable to connect high-density LC ports in backbone cabling, SAN, and LAN environments. It carries 8 multimode fibers in a single LSZH jacket, simplifying cable management and reducing installation time.

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode OM4, 50/125 µm core/cladding
• Connectors: LC duplex on both ends
• Length: 10 m
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Euroclass fire rating: Dca
• Attenuation: ≤ 2.3 dB/km at 850 nm, ≤ 0.6 dB/km at 1300 nm
• Bandwidth: 4700 MHz·km (OFL) / 3500 MHz·km (EMB) at 850 nm, 500 MHz·km at 1300 nm
• Connector insertion loss: ≤ 0.3 dB
• Connector return loss: ≥ 30 dB
• Operating temperature: -10°C to +60°C

Why choose it

The OM4 fiber supports 40G and 100G Ethernet over short distances, making it future-ready for high-speed data centers. The LSZH jacket emits low smoke and no halogens in case of fire, improving safety in enclosed spaces. The Dca fire rating meets European standards for construction products.

Ideal use cases

• Data center backbone cabling
• High-density fiber patching in server rooms
• LAN and SAN connections requiring 8 fibers
• Installations where fire safety is a priority

Good to know

This trunk cable is pre-terminated with LC duplex connectors, eliminating the need for field termination. The 8-fiber design allows for multiple parallel links or future expansion. The LSZH jacket is suitable for indoor use in public buildings, offices, and data centers.
