EFB Elektronik cavo trunk U-DQ ZN BH OS2 8E 1x8 LC-LC 160m Dca LSZH O8322S160OS2

This OS2 single-mode trunk cable is built for backbone and data center links where low attenuation and a 160-metre reach are non-negotiable. The U-DQ ZN BH construction pairs a central loose tube with non-metallic strain relief, and the LSZH jacket meets fire performance class Dca.

Highlights

• 8 fibres in a 1x8 loose tube, terminated with LC duplex connectors on both ends
• OS2 single-mode fibre (ITU-T G.652.D) with 9/125 µm core/cladding
• LSZH jacket, CPR class Dca
• Insertion loss max 0.3 dB per connector, return loss min 50 dB (UPC)
• Attenuation ≤ 0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm and ≤ 0.25 dB/km at 1550 nm

In daily use

The 160-metre length suits structured cabling between racks or across facilities. The non-metallic strain relief keeps the loose tube stable during pulls, and the LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire. Operating and storage temperature range is -20°C to 70°C.
