EFB-Elektronik jumper duplex LC-LC 50/125µ, OM5, LSZH, verde lime, 2,0mm, 25m O0319.25OM5

High-density data centers demand fiber optic links that can keep pace with 40G and 100G Ethernet, yet many patch cables fall short when it comes to signal integrity and safety. This 25-meter duplex jumper from EFB-Elektronik solves that challenge with OM5 multimode fiber, LC connectors, and a lime green LSZH jacket that stands out in crowded racks.

Who is it for

Network engineers, data center technicians, and IT professionals who need a reliable, high-performance fiber optic patch cable for backbone connections, server-to-switch links, or storage area networks. It is ideal for environments where low smoke and zero halogen emissions are mandatory, such as healthcare facilities, public buildings, and confined spaces.

Main features

• OM5 multimode fiber supports short-wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM) for 40G and 100G Ethernet over duplex LC connectivity.
• Duplex LC/UPC connectors on both ends ensure precise alignment and low insertion loss, with a maximum of 0.3 dB per connection.
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket in lime green provides high visibility and reduces toxic smoke in case of fire.
• 2.0 mm diameter per fiber offers a balance between flexibility and durability, suitable for high-density patching.
• 25-meter length provides ample reach for cross-connects between racks or between distribution areas.
• Compliant with TIA/EIA-568.3-D and ISO/IEC 11801 standards for structured cabling.

Tips

To maintain optimal performance, avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius (typically 10 times the cable diameter for patch cords). Use the lime green colour to quickly identify OM5 links in your infrastructure, and always inspect connectors for dust before mating.
