Ekivalan Cavo patch in fibra ottica OM4 duplex SC/ST, 50/125 µm, viola erica, 15 m COZOM4DCST2SE0150A

Data centre technicians and network engineers rely on this Ekivalan OM4 duplex fibre patch cable for high-speed backbone links. With SC and ST connectors, it links switches, routers, and patch panels in enterprise LANs and storage networks. The 15-metre length bridges equipment across racks, while the heather violet jacket keeps connections easy to identify.

Why choose it

OM4 fibre supports 40G and 100G Ethernet over longer distances than OM3, making it a future-ready choice for data centres. The LSZH jacket emits low smoke and no halogen in case of fire, improving safety in enclosed spaces. SC and ST connectors provide a secure bayonet-style connection that resists accidental disconnection.

Ideal use cases

• 10G/40G/100G Ethernet backbone links
• Data centre server-to-switch connections
• Storage area networks (SAN)
• Enterprise LAN cabling between floors or racks

Good to know

The duplex design pairs two fibres for simultaneous transmit and receive. The heather violet colour matches standard OM4 identification, simplifying cable management. LSZH jacketing is recommended for indoor installations where fire safety regulations apply.
