Loose sheets, certificates, and frequently referenced documents often suffer from creases, tears, and fingerprints. These Esselte Standard A4 document sleeves provide a clear, durable shield that keeps paperwork pristine while allowing full readability. The grained polypropylene surface reduces glare under office lighting, and the open top and side design makes insertion quick—even with one hand.

Who is it for

Office workers, teachers, students, and home organisers who need to protect and present A4 documents without punching holes or using binders. Ideal for reports, presentations, menus, signage, and archival copies that are handled often.

Tips

For long-term storage, keep sleeves away from direct sunlight and high heat. When inserting documents, use the thumb cut-out to open the sleeve fully, then slide the paper in from the top or side. These sleeves are not punched, so they work best in folders, presentation books, or as standalone protectors.
