Optimized for use with food products and in cold environments
With its all-temperature permanent rubber adhesive, these labels can be securely applied in temperatures as low as 0° C and will remain adhered in temperatures up from -40°C up to 50°C, making them perfect for use on assets in cold environments. The adhesive complies with European food regulation EC 1935/20004, EU 10/2011 and BfR Recommendation XXI for direct contact with dry and moist non-fatty foodstuffs. It also meets FDA 175.105 for direct contact with dry foodstuffs.

How to use

Install the roll in a compatible Zebra industrial or desktop direct thermal printer according to the printer's loading instructions, ensuring the black sensing mark aligns with the printer's sensor. Select direct thermal media settings and adjust print speed up to 152 mm/s if required for your application. After printing, separate labels along the perforations for individual use.

Recommendations

Store labels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve sensitivity. Avoid contact with solvents, oils, and prolonged sunlight exposure to maintain print quality; test adhesion on the target surface if unsure of compatibility.
