EXERTIS CONNECT Cat.6 S/FTP cavo patch, PiMF, grigio, 15,0 m, guaina slim snagless 856900

Long network runs often suffer from interference and crosstalk, especially in dense office environments. This 15-meter Cat.6 patch cable uses S/FTP shielding with PiMF (pairs in metal foil) to protect signal integrity over longer distances. The slim snagless boot allows easy installation in high-density patch panels without catching on adjacent cables.

Who is it for

Network administrators and IT professionals who need a reliable, shielded cable for Gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, routers, patch panels, and end devices in electrically noisy environments.

Main features

• S/FTP shielding: each twisted pair is wrapped in metal foil (PiMF) and the overall cable has a braided screen, reducing alien crosstalk and EMI.
• Cat.6 performance: supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet).
• Slim snagless boot: narrow strain relief protects the locking tab and fits into tight switch ports.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 26/7) provide flexibility for frequent re-routing.
• Grey PVC jacket is durable and easy to identify in cable management.

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from power lines. Use cable ties with moderate tension to maintain the shielding integrity.
