EXERTIS CONNECT Cat6 U/UTP cavo patch, RJ45, verde, 15 m 244761

Connect a workstation or access point in a green-themed office with this 15-metre Cat6 patch cable. The unshielded twisted-pair design is suited for everyday gigabit Ethernet links where electromagnetic interference is low, and the latch protection on each RJ45 plug helps prevent the retaining clip from snapping during frequent moves.

Key specifications

• Category 6 performance, backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 networks
• Unshielded U/UTP construction with stranded copper conductors
• Green PVC jacket, 15 m length
• RJ45 male connectors on both ends with latch protection
• Supports data rates up to 1 Gbps and bandwidth up to 250 MHz
• Wired to TIA/EIA-568B

Why choose it

The latch protection reduces the risk of broken clips when cables are unplugged and re-routed often. Stranded conductors keep the cable flexible for tight bends behind desks or patch panels, and the green jacket makes it easy to identify a dedicated network segment.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers, printers, and IP phones to a gigabit switch
• Patching between patch panel and switch in a wiring closet
• Temporary links for events or test benches where cables are moved frequently

Good to know

The cable is unshielded, so it is best used away from heavy electrical machinery or long parallel runs with power cables. It meets Cat6 performance requirements for channel lengths up to 100 metres when used with compliant components.
