EXERTIS CONNECT cavo patch in fibra ottica OM4, LC Duplex su ST Duplex, 50/125µm, viola erika, 2m 392792

Network bottlenecks and unreliable connections can cripple productivity in data centres and enterprise networks. The EXERTIS CONNECT OM4 Fibre Optic Patch Cable provides a dependable, high-bandwidth link between LC and ST interfaces, ensuring your critical data flows without interruption. With OM4 multimode fibre and UPC polished connectors, this 2-metre cable delivers low insertion loss and excellent return loss, making it ideal for high-speed applications like 10G, 40G, and even 100G Ethernet over short distances.

Who is it for

This patch cable is engineered for IT professionals, data centre managers, and network engineers who need a reliable, cost-effective solution for patching between LC and ST equipment. It suits environments where OM4 multimode fibre is deployed, such as server rooms, storage area networks, and backbone connections. The Erika-violet jacket aids identification in dense cabling racks.

Main features

• OM4 multimode fibre with 50/125µm core/cladding for high bandwidth and extended reach.
• LC Duplex to ST Duplex connectors with UPC polish for low signal loss.
• 2.0 metre length, ideal for patching within racks or between adjacent enclosures.
• Erika-violet jacket for easy visual identification and organisation.
• Supports 10GbE, 40GbE, and 100GbE (distance dependent) for future-proofing.
• Eco series construction balances performance and affordability.

Tips

To maintain optimal performance, avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and keep connectors clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools. When installing, label both ends to simplify future troubleshooting. For 100G applications, verify that the link distance does not exceed OM4 specifications for the transceiver type used.
