Why choose it

CAT 6a supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet, making it suitable for high-speed backbone links. The SFTP/PiMF shielding reduces alien crosstalk in dense cable bundles, and the halogen-free jacket emits low smoke and toxic gases in case of fire, improving safety in enclosed spaces. Molded snagless boots protect the locking tabs during installation and removal.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting 10G switches to servers in data centers
• Patch panel to switch connections in structured cabling
• High-speed workstation connections for video editing or CAD

Good to know

Backward compatible with CAT 5e and CAT 6 networks. The cable is blue, which aids in color-coding network segments or priority links.
