Fermacavi DeLOCK 86420 RJ45 multicolore 16 pz.

This Delock replacement clip restores the locking latch on an RJ45 patch cord connector. It fits over the connector to replace a broken or missing latch and secures the plug in the socket. The clip is available in several colors and can also serve as a simple cable marker.

Advantages

The repair clip allows quick and tool-free restoration of a damaged RJ45 latch, avoiding the need to replace the entire patch cord. Its compact design preserves the connector’s original fit and function. Color options enable easy visual identification or color-coding of network cables.

Key specifications

• Compatibility: standard RJ45 patch cord connectors
• Function: replacement locking latch for RJ45 plugs
• Color: available in multiple colors for marking
• Mounting: clips onto the connector without tools

How to use

Slide the clip onto the front of the RJ45 plug until it snaps into place, so the new latch engages when the plug is inserted into a socket. Ensure the clip aligns with the plug body and that the latch moves freely to lock and release. No special tools are required.

Recommendations

Inspect the clip after installation to confirm a secure fit; replace if cracked or loose. Use colored clips to mark cable functions or routes for easier identification.
