Filtro accessorio per rack Rittal 3183.125, case in policarbonato/poliestere, bianco, confezione da 5

Rittal 3183.125 rack accessory filter is designed for ventilation and contamination control in server racks, control cabinets and industrial enclosures. The filter assembly features a white polycarbonate and polyester housing with pleated high-quality filter media that increases volumetric airflow compared with conventional chopped-fibre mats. Supplied as a pack of five, the product supports improved cooling unit performance, reduced dust ingress and extended maintenance intervals.

Advantages

The pleated filter media enables higher airflow and more efficient heat dissipation while maintaining effective particle capture, which contributes to lower energy consumption of cooling systems. The robust polycarbonate/polyester housing provides mechanical stability and easy installation in standard rack panels. Using these filters reduces dust accumulation inside enclosures and lengthens service intervals, lowering operating costs over time.

How to use

Install the filter into the designated panel or fan housing according to the enclosure manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure the filter is seated correctly and that airflow direction matches the system design. Replace filters in line with observed contamination levels or at regular maintenance intervals to maintain cooling performance and prevent dust build-up inside the enclosure.

Recommendations

For best results, visually inspect filters during routine maintenance and replace them when visibly soiled or when cooling performance declines. Use matching dimensions and mounting orientation specified by the rack or panel manufacturer to ensure sealing and optimal airflow.
