Flat cable tasti volume Samsung GH59-14726A — ricambio per il gruppo tasti volume

Replacement volume key flex cable designed for Samsung devices. This flexible printed circuit connects the external volume buttons to the device’s internal board, restoring responsive volume control after physical damage or wear. The part is intended for repair and refurbishment of compatible Samsung phones or tablets and helps avoid replacing the entire device by reinstating mechanical and electrical button function.

Advantages

The flex cable provides a direct replacement for a damaged or non-responsive volume key assembly, preserving original button feel and electrical contact. Its thin, flexible design fits inside compact device housings and enables easy routing during reassembly. Using a dedicated replacement flex reduces the risk of further damage to nearby components compared with improvised fixes.

Suitable for

• Repairing volume button failures on compatible Samsung phones and tablets
• Device refurbishment and component-level servicing
• DIY replacement by experienced users with the required tools

Key specifications

• Function: volume button flex cable for external volume key assembly
• Form factor: flexible printed circuit designed for compact internal routing
• Compatibility: intended for compatible Samsung models requiring the same flex layout and connector type
• Material: thin polyimide or similar flexible substrate with printed conductive traces
• Connection: board-level connector interface matching the original assembly

How to use

Power off the device and remove any battery or power source if possible before beginning repairs. Open the device housing following the manufacturer service guidance or a reliable repair guide, taking care with display and adhesive components. Locate and disconnect the old volume key flex from the main board, remove any securing tape or brackets, and carefully lift the assembly out. Position the replacement flex cable in the same orientation, secure it with the original clips or adhesive, and connect the board-level connector. Reassemble the device and test volume buttons for proper mechanical action and electrical response before sealing the housing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate ESD protection, precision screwdrivers, plastic pry tools and magnification as needed. Verify model compatibility before installation and avoid excessive force when inserting the connector to prevent damage to the board or flex contacts.
