How to use

Attach the metal beaters to the mixer according to the user manual until they lock into place. For whisking egg whites or cream, use higher speeds once ingredients are partially aerated. When mixing light doughs, alternate between short bursts and continuous mixing to avoid overworking. After use, switch off the appliance and unplug it before removing the beaters for cleaning.

Recommendations

Use the hand mixer in short intervals for extended tasks to prevent overheating. For optimal results with egg whites or cream, ensure bowls and beaters are clean and dry. Store the appliance in a dry place and inspect beaters regularly for signs of wear; replace them if deformation or corrosion appears.
