Pietra per affilare a doppia faccia Ochsenkopf OX 33-0200

The Gedore Ochsenkopf OX 33-0200 double-sided sharpening stone combines coarse and fine abrasive surfaces for versatile edge maintenance of axes, hatchets, chisels and knives. With compact dimensions of 50 × 125 × 20 mm, it is suitable for controlled grinding and honing tasks where durable, hard abrasives are required.

Advantages

One side has coarse 120 grit for fast material removal and shaping, while the other side has fine 320 grit for refining and honing the edge. The stone is made from a hard abrasive material that provides consistent performance and durability during repeated use.

• Chisels and woodworking tools
• Knives and cutting tools
• General edge maintenance and re-profiling

Key specifications

• Brand: Gedore (Ochsenkopf series)
• Model / MPN: 1785419 (OX 33-0200)
• EAN: 4017981000017
• Dimensions: 50 × 125 × 20 mm
• Double-sided: coarse 120 grit / fine 320 grit

How to use

Begin by securing the tool to be sharpened or holding it at the correct bevel angle. Use the coarse 120-grit side to restore or re-profile the edge with steady strokes, keeping the angle consistent. Switch to the fine 320-grit side to refine the bevel and hone the edge with lighter, controlled passes. Clean the stone and the tool between grit changes to avoid cross-contamination of abrasives.

Recommendations

For a fine honed finish use a light oil on the stone; for a standard ground finish apply paraffin; for a coarser ground finish use water. Dry use is recommended only when rapid material removal is required, bearing in mind increased dust and wear.
