Guarnizione in gomma TESA 05445-00100 10 m bianco

The TESA 05445-00100 10 m White seal is a self-adhesive rubber sealing strip designed to close gaps between 1 mm and 3.5 mm. Supplied as a 10-metre roll in white, the strip combines flexible rubber material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing to provide a continuous barrier against drafts, dust and minor moisture ingress on windows, doors and frames. The neutral white colour integrates with most painted and unpainted surfaces in residential and light commercial interiors.

Advantages

The product provides a uniform, flexible seal that adapts to uneven surfaces and retains elasticity over time. Its self-adhesive backing ensures straightforward application without additional tools or adhesives, while the white finish offers inconspicuous installation on many interior fittings. The sealing strip is intended for indoor use and supports reduction of air leakage, dust infiltration and small amounts of moisture exposure where mechanical protection is not required.

Suitable for

• Sealing gaps around interior doors and windows
• Reducing drafts and improving thermal comfort in living spaces
• Preventing dust and small debris from entering through narrow openings
• Light sealing tasks on cabinets, frames and utility enclosures

Key specifications

• Material: flexible rubber sealing strip with pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Length: 10 metres
• Colour: white
• Suitable gap width: 1 mm to 3.5 mm
• Application: indoor use, surface-mounted

How to use

Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose paint. Measure the required length and cut the strip to size with scissors or a knife. Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive side and press the seal firmly into place along the gap, applying even pressure to secure full contact with the substrate. For best adhesion allow the product to remain undisturbed for several hours after application and avoid heavy mechanical stress on the joint for 24 hours.

Recommendations

For durable adhesion, apply at room temperature on surfaces whose temperature is within the manufacturer’s recommended range. Do not use outdoors or in locations subject to constant water immersion or high mechanical wear. If removal becomes necessary, gently pull the strip off at a low angle and remove residual adhesive with a suitable solvent compatible with the substrate.
