HONEYWELL Xenon 1972 scanner Bluetooth palmare Ultra High Density DPM 2D RS232/USB IP52 - lettore di codici a barre - Bluetooth

Most handheld scanners struggle with tiny, etched, or peened codes, but the Honeywell Xenon 1972 Ultra High Density model is built specifically for Direct Part Marking (DPM) and ultra-high-density 2D barcodes. It combines a high-resolution 2D area imager with Bluetooth 4.2 wireless connectivity, giving operators the freedom to move up to 100 meters from the cradle while maintaining a reliable data link. The IP52-rated housing withstands dust and dripping water, and the scanner survives 50 drops from 1.8 meters onto concrete, making it a dependable tool for electronics manufacturing, aerospace, and medical device traceability.

Highlights

• Ultra High Density 2D imager decodes 1D, 2D, DPM, and OCR symbologies
• Bluetooth 4.2 wireless connectivity with up to 100 m line-of-sight range
• Rugged IP52 design survives 50 drops from 1.8 m to concrete
• Long-lasting 2400 mAh lithium-ion battery delivers up to 50,000 scans per charge
• Includes charge/communication cradle, USB cable, and RS232 support via cradle
• Bright white LED aimer and wide field of view (48° horizontal, 30° vertical) for fast targeting

In daily use

Operators can move freely across the production floor or warehouse without being tethered to a workstation. The scanner pairs instantly with the included cradle, which also charges the battery and provides USB or RS232 host connections. A bright white LED aimer and wide field of view make targeting fast and intuitive, even on reflective or curved surfaces. Motion tolerance up to 610 cm/s means you can swipe codes quickly without missing a read.
