How to use

Connect the POLY CCX 500 to your network using the Gigabit Ethernet port and, if available, Power over Ethernet to supply power. Follow your organisation's provisioning procedure or use the phone's touchscreen interface to enter account and SIP settings. Use the touchscreen for one-touch access to contacts and scheduled meetings, or pair a Bluetooth headset for hands-free calls. The handset, speakerphone and headset options provide flexible call handling.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance place the phone on a stable desk surface and ensure the network provides sufficient bandwidth and QoS settings for VoIP traffic. Use PoE where possible to simplify installation and consider pairing a certified Bluetooth headset for frequent mobile-style use.
