HPE Aruba Networking AP-725 (RW) tri-radio 2x2 Wi-Fi 7 antenne interne access point campus

High-density campus networks face a critical challenge: the explosion of Wi-Fi 7 clients demanding multi-gigabit throughput, ultra-low latency, and seamless roaming. The HPE Aruba Networking AP-725 (RW) directly addresses this by delivering tri-radio 2x2 Wi-Fi 7 performance with integrated omni-directional antennas, ensuring every connected device gets the speed and reliability it needs in auditoriums, lecture halls, and open offices.

Who is it for

This access point is built for enterprises, universities, and large venues that need to support bandwidth-hungry applications like 4K video, AR/VR, and IoT at scale. It is ideal for IT teams seeking a future-proof, high-capacity Wi-Fi 7 solution that integrates seamlessly with Aruba Central or Mobility Conductor for simplified management.

Main features

• Tri-radio Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) with 2x2:2 MIMO across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, delivering up to 4.8 Gbps aggregate data rate.
• Supports Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 320 MHz channels, 4096-QAM, and preamble puncturing for maximum efficiency and throughput.
• Dual Ethernet ports: one 2.5GbE and one 5GbE for high-speed uplink and link aggregation.
• Powered by 802.3bt PoE (Class 6) or 802.3at PoE+ with reduced functionality, eliminating the need for separate power adapters.
• Integrated omni-directional antennas provide consistent coverage without external antenna complexity.
• Advanced security with WPA3, WPA2, and Enhanced Open (OWE) to protect sensitive data.
• Flexible management: controller-managed, Instant AP, or Remote AP modes via Aruba Central or Mobility Conductor.
• Quad-core ARM Cortex A53 processor with 4 GB DRAM and 8 GB flash for robust performance and future updates.
