Hypertec 858630-HY cavo di rete blu 10 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec® ProConnectLite® S/FTP Cat7 snagless LSZH Blue-10m (Hypertec 858630-HY) is a 10-metre Cat7 networking cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for reliable high-speed data transfer, the cable uses a snagless connector design and low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket for safer use in confined spaces. The blue colour provides visual identification while maintaining standard Ethernet compatibility.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for more stable signal transmission, and Cat7 specification supports high data rates suitable for modern networks. The snagless RJ-45 connectors protect the latch during installation and routing, and the LSZH outer sheath minimises toxic smoke in case of fire, improving safety in offices and residential buildings.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and high electromagnetic interference sources for optimal performance. For structured installations, label both ends to simplify future maintenance.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for gigabit and multi-gigabit connections and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power cables. In installations requiring fire safety compliance, choose LSZH cabling like this product to reduce smoke and toxic gas emission risk.
