Interruttore elettrico Merten MEG3116-0000, unipolare, 250 V AC, 10 A, bianco

Merten MEG3116-0000 is a single-pole electrical switch in white designed for standard 250 V AC installations. The device provides reliable on/off control for lighting circuits and other simple electrical loads up to a nominal current of 10 A. Its compact form factor and neutral color make it suitable for residential rooms, corridors and light-commercial interiors where discreet and durable switching is required.

Advantages

The switch offers a straightforward single-pole switching function with a rated voltage of 250 V AC and a nominal current of 10 A, ensuring compatibility with common household circuits. Its compact design facilitates installation in standard wall boxes and fittings, while the white finish integrates with a variety of interior styles. The device is engineered for repeated mechanical operation and provides clear tactile feedback when switching.

Suitable for

• On/off control of indoor lighting in homes and apartments
• Switching simple loads in corridors, stairwells and utility rooms
• Replacement of existing single-pole switches in standard installations

Key specifications

• Type: single-pole rocker switch for AC circuits
• Rated voltage: 250 V AC
• Rated current: 10 A (nominal)
• Color: white
• Mounting: flush wall box compatible, compact form factor
• Intended application: indoor lighting and simple circuit control

How to use

Turn off power at the circuit breaker before beginning installation. Fit the switch into a compatible flush wall box following local electrical codes and wiring conventions: connect the live conductor to the switch input terminal and the switched live to the output terminal, with the neutral conductor reconnected as required by the circuit. Secure the device to the box and attach the cover plate. After restoring power, test the switch operation to confirm reliable on/off switching of the connected load.

Recommendations

Use this switch only within its rated electrical limits (250 V AC, 10 A). For circuits with higher currents, inductive loads, or special lighting systems (dimmers, electronic ballasts), consult technical specifications or a qualified electrician. Ensure installation complies with local regulations and safety standards.
