KABELMEISTER cavo patch Cat.7 S/FTP, RJ45, guaina TPE, senza alogeni, grigio, 2m

In a busy office, a network technician unboxes this grey patch cable to connect a workstation to a wall outlet. The cable's flexible TPE jacket makes routing around desks effortless, while the Cat.7 rating ensures the link runs at 10 Gigabit speeds without interference.

Key specifications

• Category 7 (Cat.7) performance, backward compatible with Cat.6a/6/5e/5
• S/FTP shielding: individually foil-shielded pairs plus overall braid for maximum noise immunity
• Halogen-free TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket, highly flexible and LSZH
• RJ45 male connectors with gold-plated contacts on both ends
• Supports data rates up to 10 Gbps and bandwidth up to 600 MHz
• 26 AWG stranded oxygen-free copper conductors for durability and signal integrity
• Length: 2 meters, grey colour

Why choose it

This cable is built for high-density, high-speed network environments. The S/FTP shielding eliminates alien crosstalk, ensuring stable 10GBASE-T connections even in cable bundles. The halogen-free TPE jacket is not only environmentally friendly but also remains flexible in cold temperatures, reducing the risk of cracking. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion, maintaining reliable connectivity over thousands of insertions.

Ideal use cases

• Data centers and server rooms requiring 10G Ethernet links
• Office LAN connections for workstations, printers, and VoIP phones
• Home networks with high-bandwidth demands such as 4K streaming and gaming
• Industrial environments where halogen-free materials are mandatory

Good to know

The cable meets ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards, and complies with RoHS and REACH. It is backward compatible with all previous Ethernet categories, making it a versatile choice for mixed-infrastructure upgrades. The stranded conductors allow for repeated flexing without breakage, ideal for patch panels and movable equipment.
