Kabelmeister cavo patch Cat.7 S/FTP, TPE senza alogeni, blu, 7,5m

Network administrators and IT technicians often face the challenge of maintaining high-speed connections in environments where cable flexibility and safety are critical. This Kabelmeister Cat.7 patch cable, with its highly flexible TPE jacket and halogen-free construction, is built for exactly those scenarios. Whether you're routing through tight server racks, under raised floors, or in public buildings with strict fire regulations, this 7.5-meter blue cable delivers reliable 10 Gigabit performance without compromising on safety or manageability.

Key specifications

• Cat.7 (Class F) standard, S/FTP shielding (PiMF) for superior noise immunity
• Supports bandwidth up to 600 MHz and data rates up to 10 Gbps (10GBASE-T)
• Halogen-free TPE (LSZH) jacket: low smoke, zero halogen, flame retardant
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors (50µ") for corrosion resistance and reliable contact
• Stranded bare copper conductors, AWG 26/7, for flexibility and durability
• Length: 7.5 m; colour: blue; outer diameter: approx. 6.2 mm
• Wiring standard: TIA/EIA 568B; backward compatible with Cat.6a/6/5e/5
• Operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C; suitable for PoE and PoE+

Why choose it

The TPE jacket offers a unique combination of flexibility and toughness, making the cable easy to route in tight spaces while resisting abrasion and environmental stress. Being halogen-free, it emits no corrosive gases in the event of fire, meeting IEC 60332-1 flammability standards. The S/FTP shielding ensures minimal crosstalk and EMI, essential for stable 10G connections in dense network environments.

Ideal use cases

• Data centres and server rooms requiring high-speed, low-latency links
• Office networks with PoE devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points
• Public buildings, schools, and hospitals where halogen-free cabling is mandatory
• Home networking for gaming, 4K streaming, and NAS systems

Good to know

This cable is backward compatible with older Ethernet standards, so it works seamlessly with existing equipment. The gold-plated contacts ensure long-term signal integrity. For best performance, pair with Cat.7 compatible hardware. Kabelmeister quality assurance guarantees a reliable connection for years to come.
