How to use

Connect the keyboard via USB for wired use, insert the 2.4 GHz receiver into a host USB port for plug-and-play wireless operation, or pair over Bluetooth by entering pairing mode and using Fn+1/2/3 on the keyboard to select a channel. The mouse pairs using its bottom pairing button for Bluetooth or 2.4 GHz modes. Use the toggle on the keyboard to switch system layouts between Windows and macOS if needed. Access Keychron Launcher through a supported browser to remap keys, set macros and save profiles to on-board memory.

Recommendations

For the lowest latency when gaming or working on time-sensitive tasks, use the 2.4 GHz RF receiver. For multi-device workflows, pair the keyboard and mouse with separate Bluetooth channels and switch between them as needed. Charge both devices regularly to maintain wireless availability and store the RF receiver in the keyboard’s magnetic slot when transporting the combo.
