Klauke 48R1245 Capocorda a tubo ad angolo, rame stagnato, 95 mm², M12, 45°

For demanding electrical connections where space is tight and reliability is non-negotiable, the Klauke 48R1245 angled tubular cable lug steps in. Unlike standard straight lugs, its 45° bend allows clean routing in switchgear and control panels without stressing the conductor. The lug is crafted from electrolytic copper and finished with a uniform tin plating, giving you excellent conductivity plus built-in corrosion resistance for long-term stability.

Highlights

• Angled 45° design simplifies cable management in confined spaces
• Tin-plated electrolytic copper ensures low contact resistance and protection against oxidation
• Accepts 95 mm² stranded copper conductors, crimped for a gas-tight, durable connection
• M12 bolt hole fits standard busbar and terminal studs
• Complies with DIN 46235, RoHS compliant, rated up to 1000 V

In daily use

Installers will appreciate the precise dimensions and consistent material quality. The lug crimps cleanly with standard hexagonal dies, and the angled barrel reduces the need for extra bending of the cable, which can weaken strands over time. Whether you are working on power distribution, motor connections, or earthing systems, this lug maintains a secure mechanical and electrical bond even under vibration or thermal cycling. The tin plating also makes it suitable for use with copper conductors in environments where moisture or mild corrosive agents are present.
