How to use

Install the bulb into a compatible G4 socket of a low-voltage luminaire. Ensure the fixture is rated for 12 V halogen lamps and that the matching transformer or driver provides correct voltage and current. Turn power off before replacing the bulb to avoid electric shock and allow the lamp to cool if it has been in use, as halogen bulbs operate at high temperatures. For dimming, use a dimmer or transformer compatible with low-voltage halogen loads to maintain smooth dimming performance.

Recommendations

Use in enclosed fixtures only if the luminaire manufacturer specifies compatibility with halogen lamps. Avoid direct skin contact with the glass; handle with a clean cloth or gloves to prevent oils from shortening lamp life. Verify transformer compatibility and minimum load requirements when grouping multiple bulbs on a single low-voltage circuit.
