Lindy 47793 cavo di rete, bianco, 1,5 m, Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Rj45/Rj45 Cat6 1.5m White S/FTP networking cable (MPN: 47793, EAN: 4002888477932) is a Category 6 patch cable designed for Gigabit Ethernet networks. The cable features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to improve contact reliability. With 1.5 m length and white jacket, it is suitable for short connections between network switches, routers and wall outlets in home and office environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against external interference compared to unshielded cables, helping to maintain stable high-speed data transfer. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer corrosion resistance and consistent electrical contact over repeated insertions. The Cat6 specification supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology for Gigabit Ethernet performance. The 1.5 m length balances flexibility and neat cable management for desktop and rack-mounted setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops and network printers to switches or routers
• Short patch runs in office and home network installations
• Desk and wall-mounted networking where a discreet white cable is preferred
• Gigabit Ethernet connections using 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Insert each gold-plated RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices until the latch clicks. Use the 1.5 m length for short connections between a switch, router and endpoint devices to minimise excess cable. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and ports are powered on; the network devices will typically negotiate link speed automatically based on the Cat6 cable and device capabilities.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tightly bending or kinking the cable and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables or large transformers. Use the S/FTP Cat6 cable for Gigabit Ethernet links and short patch runs where reduced crosstalk and reliable connector contact are required.
