Logickeyboard ASTRA 2 tastiera USB QWERTY nero full-size 104 tasti

The Logickeyboard ASTRA 2 USB QWERTY Keyboard is a full-size 104-key keyboard designed for Pro Tools users and general computer work. It features low-profile scissor-switch keys for a responsive typing feel, selectable backlight with five brightness levels, a full F-row and multimedia keys, and an integrated USB 3.0 hub. The keyboard includes two USB cables — a grey cable to power and connect the keyboard and a separate black cable to activate the USB hub, which helps avoid installation issues with KVM extenders. The ASTRA 2 requires no software installation and can be used as a standard substitute for a conventional keyboard.

Advantages

The ASTRA 2 offers a slim, black full-size layout with 104 keys and scissor-switch mechanisms for comfortable, low-profile typing. Backlighting with five selectable levels ensures visibility in various lighting conditions. An integrated USB hub provides additional connection options for peripherals, while the dual-cable design separates keyboard power from hub activation to improve compatibility with KVM setups. The keyboard includes a full F-row and dedicated multimedia keys for quick access to common functions.

• Audio professionals and Pro Tools users who need a dedicated, labelled keyboard
• Office and home users requiring a full-size QWERTY layout
• Setups that benefit from an integrated USB hub (mouse, phone, dongle)

How to use

Connect the grey USB cable to a computer to power and enable the keyboard. If you need to use the integrated USB hub, plug the black USB cable into the computer as well to activate the hub ports. The ASTRA 2 is plug-and-play and does not require driver installation; use it like a standard keyboard. Backlight brightness is adjusted using the keyboard’s dedicated backlight controls. Place peripherals into the hub ports as needed, keeping in mind hub performance can vary by connected device.

Recommendations

Use the grey cable for normal keyboard operation and add the black cable only when you need to connect peripherals through the keyboard’s USB hub. For best hub performance, connect high-speed devices directly to the computer when possible, as hub speeds depend on connected devices.
