Macchina per pasta Marcato ATLAS 150 DESIGN con Pasta Bike nero — set manuale per stendere e tagliare la pasta

Marcato ATLAS 150 DESIGN with Pasta Bike Nero is a manual pasta roller and cutter set designed for home use. The kit pairs the ATLAS 150 DESIGN roller with the Pasta Bike Nero cutter, enabling production of even pasta sheets and uniformly cut strands. The set is intended for making fresh egg and wheat dough into sheets suitable for ribbon pastas such as tagliatelle and fettuccine, while giving users direct control over dough thickness and texture.

Advantages

The manual mechanism provides precise, repeatable adjustment of dough thickness and reliable sheet formation without electricity. The combined roller and cutter configuration makes it possible to roll out smooth sheets and immediately cut them into consistent strands. The compact design occupies minimal countertop space and supports routine cleaning and maintenance for continued performance.

Suitable for

• Home cooks preparing fresh egg or basic wheat pasta
• Making tagliatelle, fettuccine and similar ribbon pastas
• Small-scale recipe testing and portion-controlled production
• Users who prefer manual control over pasta thickness and texture

Key specifications

• Pasta roller width: 150 mm
• Manual crank operation for roller and cutter
• Adjustable thickness settings for dough sheets
• Includes roller unit and Pasta Bike Nero cutter attachment
• Compact countertop footprint for home kitchens

How to use

Prepare pasta dough according to your recipe and allow it to rest. Feed a portion of dough through the widest roller setting, then progressively reduce thickness settings to obtain a smooth, even sheet. Attach the Pasta Bike Nero cutter when sheets are at the desired thickness and pass sheets through the cutter to produce uniform strands. Use a light dusting of flour as needed to prevent sticking and separate strands gently after cutting.

Recommendations

For best results, work with dough of even hydration and rest time; adjust thickness gradually and avoid forcing overly dry or sticky dough through the rollers. Clean the machine parts by removing dough residues with a dry brush or soft cloth — avoid immersing the main roller unit in water to preserve mechanical components.
