How to use

Prepare pasta dough according to your recipe and divide it into portions. Lightly flour the working surface and flatten each portion by hand before feeding it into the rollers. Start with the widest thickness setting and pass the dough through the rollers, then progressively reduce the setting and roll several times until you reach the desired thickness. For cut pasta, use the appropriate cutter attachment or slice sheets by hand. Clean the rollers and body with a dry brush or cloth; avoid immersing the unit in water.

Recommendations

Use moderate, even pressure when turning the crank to avoid tearing the dough. Dust the dough lightly with flour if it becomes sticky, and allow rolled sheets to rest briefly before cutting or filling to improve handling. Store the machine in a dry place and follow manufacturer guidance for maintenance.
