Maschera respiratoria 3M serie 6000 con valvola 6900L protezione generale

The 3M Respirator Mask 6000 Series Valved 6900L is a reusable full-face respirator designed for general-purpose protection against airborne hazards. It combines a lightweight construction with a soft silicone nose cup and a polycarbonate lens to provide a wide field of vision while maintaining durability and a secure fit. The 3M bayonet connection lets the mask accept a range of twin lightweight filters for gas, vapour or particulate filtration and also supports a supplied-air option.

Advantages

The mask features a valved exhalation port that lowers breathing resistance and helps reduce heat build-up during prolonged use. Its soft silicone nose cup and well-balanced facepiece improve comfort for extended wear. The twin filter arrangement delivers lower inhalation effort and an improved field of vision, while the polycarbonate lens is scratch- and chemical-resistant for lasting visibility. A spectacle kit is available for users who wear glasses, and the product comes in three sizes (small, medium, large) to ensure a better fit.

How to use

Select the correct size (small, medium or large) and assemble the appropriate twin filters or supplied-air connection using the 3M bayonet system. Before each use, inspect the facepiece, lens and filter attachments for damage or contamination. Fit the respirator to the face, adjust the head straps until the face seal is secure, and perform a seal check according to employer or local safety procedures. Replace filters and perform maintenance following 3M instructions and applicable regulations.

Recommendations

Use appropriate filter cartridges for the specific hazard (gas, vapour or particulates), follow the service life and replacement guidance from 3M, and ensure fit testing and user training are completed prior to use.
