The Möbius+Ruppert desk ruler is crafted from high-quality beech wood and measures 500 mm in length. Its surface displays clear, precise measurement markings suitable for drawing, drafting and everyday measurement tasks. The natural beech finish combines durability with a refined appearance, making the ruler a practical instrument for classrooms, offices and design studios.

Advantages

The beech wood construction offers dimensional stability and resistance to warping under normal indoor conditions, while the finely printed graduations provide readable and accurate measurements. The 500 mm format covers common drawing and layout needs, and the smooth edges allow comfortable handling and guided drawing with pencils or pens. The wooden surface reduces glare compared with glossy materials and gives a tactile, durable tool for repeated use.

How to use

Place the ruler on a flat surface and align it with the points you need to measure or the line you intend to draw. Hold the ruler firmly with one hand to prevent slipping and use a pencil, pen or technical pen along the straight edge to mark or draw lines. For accuracy, ensure the ruler lies flat and that the surface beneath is stable. Clean the ruler with a dry or slightly damp cloth if pencil or ink residue accumulates; avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Recommendations

Store the wooden ruler in a dry, room-temperature environment to maintain dimensional stability. Avoid leaving it in direct sunlight or high-humidity areas. For best long-term readability of the printed graduations, keep the surface clean and avoid abrasive cleaning agents.
