Nastro abrasivo KWB 911915 3 pezzi

Sanding Belt KWB 911915 3 pcs are aluminium-oxide coated, resin-bonded belts built on a strong, elastic woven cotton backing with special glueing to ensure chatter- and flutter-free operation. The set contains three belts compatible with standard belt sanders and intended for general sanding of wood and other common materials.

Advantages

Aluminium oxide abrasive offers long life and consistent cutting performance. The resin bond secures grit particles for durability under continuous use, while the elastic woven cotton backing provides strength and resistance to tearing. Special glueing reduces belt vibration, ensuring smoother sanding results and improved user control.

How to use

Install the appropriate belt on a compatible belt sander following the sander manufacturer's instructions. Ensure correct belt tension and tracking before operation. Start with a coarse grit if heavy material removal is needed, then progress to finer grits for smoother finishes. Operate the sander with steady, even pressure and move it along the workpiece to avoid gouging. Replace belts when abrasive performance decreases or if the backing is damaged.

Recommendations

For best results, check compatibility with your sander model and use appropriate safety equipment: eye protection, dust mask and hearing protection. Store the sanding belts flat or hung in a dry environment to preserve the adhesive and backing integrity.
