Nastro adesivo 3M 9545N bianco 50 m 0,3 mm 16 mm

3M Adhesive Tape 9545N White 50m 0.3mm 16mm is a general-purpose double-sided adhesive tape with a glossy white finish designed for reliable bonding in assembly, mounting and joining tasks. The tape combines a pressure-sensitive adhesive with a uniform 0.3 mm thickness across a 16 mm width and a 50 m roll length, providing consistent performance for repetitive or continuous applications. Its glossy surface aids smooth application and reduces visible texture when used on light-coloured substrates.

Advantages

The tape provides strong initial tack and stable long-term adhesion to a variety of substrates, including paper, cardboard, metals and many plastics. Its controlled thickness and uniform release make it suitable for automated dispensing and manual application. The glossy white finish helps to conceal the tape on light surfaces and offers a neat appearance for visible joins.

Suitable for

• Bonding and joining paper and cardboard components
• Mounting lightweight panels and nameplates
• Fixing trim, labels and decorative elements
• General-purpose splicing and sealing in packaging

Key specifications

• Color: white with glossy surface finish
• Roll length: 50 m
• Thickness: 0.3 mm (300 µm)
• Width: 16 mm
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for general bonding
• Backing: thin, conformable film suitable for flat and slightly curved surfaces

How to use

Prepare both surfaces by ensuring they are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or release agents. Cut or dispense the required tape length, apply the adhesive side to one surface and press firmly to ensure intimate contact. For best results, apply consistent pressure across the tape width and allow time for the adhesive to develop full bond strength. For joining flexible substrates, avoid overstretching during application to maintain uniform adhesion.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and temperatures outside the manufacturer’s recommended range. For critical applications, test adhesion on the actual substrates and under expected environmental conditions prior to full-scale use.
