Nastro TESA 4434 gomma giallo 10 m

tesa® 4434 is a yellow caoutchouc (natural rubber) adhesive tape with a strong, flat paper backing designed for manual cutting. It has high tack, excellent adhesiveness and good quick-stick properties. The backing provides resistance and thickness suitable for protection and stencil applications; the tape withstands temperatures up to 100 °C and is supplied in a 10 m length and 15 mm width.

Advantages

High tack natural rubber adhesive ensures reliable initial grab and anchorage to many substrates. The robust, thick paper backing is durable and resistant to wear, developed specifically for manual cutting and mechanical handling. Good plottability and paint anchorage make the tape suitable as a stencil and for masking during painting. The material also offers temperature resistance up to 100 °C and a tensile strength of 180 N/mm² with 6% elongation at break.

Suitable for

• Protective masking during grinding and metalworking
• Base pads on tables for die-cutting in shoe and leather industries
• Stencil material for sandblasting applications
• Closing and protecting surfaces in workshop and industrial environments

How to use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles. Cut the required length manually and apply the tape by pressing firmly to achieve good initial adhesion. For stencil or sandblasting use, fix the tape smoothly to the substrate to avoid gaps; for protection during grinding or die-cutting, cover the area fully and replace the tape when damaged or contaminated. Remove the tape by peeling at a steady angle to minimise residue.

Recommendations

Use tesa® 4434 indoors or in sheltered environments when possible. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme outdoor weather to maintain adhesive performance. For best results on sensitive finishes, test a small area first to check for compatibility and residue.
