Nastro in tessuto TESA 4964 50 m bianco per interni 19 mm di larghezza

TESA 4964 fabric tape is a white, cloth-based adhesive tape intended for indoor use. With a 19 mm width and 50 m length, this tape combines a fabric backing with a pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide reliable temporary fastening, bundling and surface protection in indoor environments. The tape's reported break elongation of 6% and thermal resistance up to 110 °C make it suitable for applications where limited stretch and short-term heat exposure are factors.

Advantages

The fabric construction offers flexibility and conformability on uneven surfaces while the cloth backing maintains dimensional stability during application. Its narrow 19 mm width allows for precise placement and reduced waste on small jobs. The white color gives a neutral appearance that blends with light surfaces. Low elongation (6%) provides controlled hold without excessive creep, and the rated temperature resistance up to 110 °C permits use in environments with occasional heat exposure.

Suitable for

• Temporary fastening and bundling of cables or lightweight components
• Masking and surface protection during painting or light finishing work
• Paper and cardboard sealing or reinforcement for indoor packaging
• General repairs and hobby crafts where a narrow fabric tape is required

Key specifications

• Colour: white
• Backing material: fabric (cloth)
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Length: 50 m
• Width: 19 mm
• Break elongation: 6%
• Maximum temperature resistance: up to 110 °C
• Intended use: indoor

How to use

Ensure the application surface is clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before applying the tape. Cut or tear the tape to the required length and press it firmly onto the surface to achieve full contact between adhesive and substrate. For bundling, wrap the tape tightly around items and overlap slightly to secure. To remove, peel the tape back slowly at a low angle to minimize adhesive residue. If exposed to higher temperatures near the rated limit, check adhesion periodically.

Recommendations

Use the tape preferably on indoor, non-porous or painted surfaces. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure or direct contact with solvents and strong chemicals. For applications requiring high tensile strength, long-term weather resistance, or continuous high-temperature exposure, select a tape specifically designed for those conditions.
