Nastro adesivo double-sided 3M Scotch-Mount 4026, acrilico, 33 m × 25 mm

3M Scotch-Mount 4026 is a double-sided acrylic mounting tape supplied as a 33 metre roll with a 25 mm width. The tape provides a thin, high-strength permanent bond designed for mounting, bonding and fixing a variety of materials indoors. It is intended for applications where a discreet, durable attachment is required, such as fixing trims, panels, signage and craft components without mechanical fasteners.

Advantages

The acrylic adhesive offers strong initial tack and long-term holding power on many common substrates, delivering a low-profile joint that resists shear and temperature-related stress. The 25 mm width and 33 m roll length allow efficient coverage for multiple small to medium projects and reduce the need for frequent tape changes. The tape’s thin construction minimizes visible seams and supports a clean finish when mounting lightweight to medium-weight materials.

Suitable for

• Indoor mounting of signs and nameplates
• Fixing decorative trims and moldings
• Bonding panels and lightweight composite parts
• Craft projects and model assembly requiring a thin permanent bond
• Temporary or permanent attachments where mechanical fasteners are undesirable

Key specifications

• Adhesive type: acrylic
• Backing: pressure-sensitive double-sided tape
• Roll length: 33 m
• Width: 25 mm
• Form factor: single-roll, double-sided mounting tape
• Typical application: indoor mounting and bonding of trims, panels and signs

How to use

Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free from dust, grease or loose particles before application. Cut the required length from the roll, peel away the liner and press the tape firmly onto the first surface, smoothing to remove air pockets. Remove the remaining liner and align the second surface, then apply uniform pressure across the bond area to achieve full contact. Allow the adhesive to develop holding strength; full performance may require several hours depending on materials and environmental conditions.

Recommendations

For best results, apply at room temperature on compatible, non-porous surfaces and avoid use on freshly painted or low-surface-energy plastics without prior testing. When bonding heavy or critical assemblies, combine with mechanical fasteners or select a tape specified for higher loads. Store the roll in its original packaging away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to preserve adhesive performance.
