Nastro adesivo Tesa 4124 PVC 75 mm x 66 m, adesivo forte

Tesa 4124 PVC packing tape 75 mm x 66 m is a wide sealing tape designed for reliable closure of cartons and packages during shipping, storage and moving. The tape combines a PVC backing with a strong adhesive formulated to keep boxes sealed under normal handling and transport conditions. It is suitable for both manual application with a hand dispenser and for use on packing machines that accept PVC tapes of this width.

Advantages

The PVC backing provides good dimensional stability and resistance to stretching, while the strong adhesive ensures firm adhesion to corrugated cardboard and many packaging surfaces. The tape’s 75 mm width covers seams effectively, reducing the number of passes required. Its surface resists abrasion and maintains adhesion across a range of temperatures commonly encountered in logistics environments.

Suitable for

• Sealing cartons for shipment and storage
• Manual packing with hand dispensers
• Machine application on compatible packing lines
• Moving and temporary closure of boxes

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Width: 75 mm
• Length: 66 m per roll
• Adhesion: strong pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for corrugated cardboard
• Suitable application: manual and machine use (where PVC tapes of this width are supported)

How to use

For manual application, fit the roll into a compatible hand dispenser, align the tape over the carton seam and press firmly along the length to ensure full contact of the adhesive with the surface. For machine application, load the roll according to the machine manufacturer’s instructions and verify tension and dispensing settings to achieve consistent sealing. Ensure surfaces are dry and free of dust or loose debris for optimal adhesion.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Apply tape at moderate ambient temperatures for best performance. Test adhesion on non-standard surfaces before full application and use appropriate dispensers or machines to prevent wrinkling or misalignment.
