Nastro adesivo TESA 4651 50 mm x 50 m Rosso

Tesa 4651 50 mm x 50 m Red is a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 50 mm wide and 50 m long designed for multipurpose applications. The tape features a red backing and a solvent-free adhesive system that provides reliable initial tack and long-term adhesion on a variety of substrates. Supplied as a single roll, it is suitable for packaging, sealing, marking and temporary fixing tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Advantages

The tape offers consistent adhesion and clean unwind behavior that simplifies manual and machine application. Its colored backing provides clear visual marking while the adhesive maintains hold on cardboard, plastics and many other common surfaces. The construction balances conformability with tensile strength, delivering durability for bundling and sealing operations without excessive stretching or tearing under normal use conditions.

Suitable for

• Sealing and closing cardboard boxes for storage and shipping
• Color-coding and visual marking of packages, pallets and sections
• Temporary bundling and light-weight holding tasks
• General purpose repairs and surface protection during assembly

Key specifications

• Width: 50 mm
• Length: 50 m
• Color: red
• Adhesive type: pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for general surfaces
• Backing: film-backed tape for tear resistance and consistent application

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles before applying the tape. Cut or tear the required length, press firmly onto the substrate and smooth the tape to remove air pockets and improve contact. For packaging, apply with moderate tension along seams and edges; for marking, place on visible areas and ensure good adhesion by rubbing the tape down. For outdoor exposure, check adhesion periodically and replace if necessary.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For best performance, apply at room temperature and avoid using on freshly painted or heavily textured surfaces. Test adhesion on a sample area when using on sensitive materials.
