Nastro TESA 4651 Premium 50 m

tesa® 4651 is a premium acrylic-coated cloth tape designed for demanding indoor applications. The tape uses a 148-mesh woven rayon fabric backing with a strong natural rubber adhesive, providing reliable adhesion on a wide range of substrates. Available in grey, this roll measures 50 m in length and 50 mm in width and is suitable for tasks that require good temperature resistance up to 130 °C, moderate elongation at break (about 13%) and dependable tensile properties.

Advantages

The tape offers high adhesion even on rough surfaces, excellent tensile strength and straight tear edges both along and across the roll. It is conformable to irregular shapes, easy to write on for labelling and colour coding, and provides a durable seal for many indoor sealing and bundling needs.

Suitable for

• Bundling and reinforcing heavy pipes, profiles and cables
• Covering bore holes and other openings
• Marking and labelling wires and cables
• Floor marking and colour coding
• Airtight and permanent sealing of pipes and tins
• Securing sharp edges, fixing and insulating wires

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles before application. Cut or tear the required length of tesa® 4651 and press it firmly onto the substrate to ensure full contact. For sealing or bundling, wrap the tape with sufficient overlap and tension to achieve the desired hold. The tape can be written on with common markers for labelling. When removing, pull steadily at a low angle to minimise residue on most indoor surfaces.

Recommendations

For best performance, store the tape in a dry place at room temperature and apply in temperatures above 10 °C. Test adhesion on sensitive or painted surfaces before extended use to avoid surface damage. This product is intended primarily for indoor applications where strong adhesion, conformability and writing ability are required.
