Nastro adesivo Tesa 55195-00, bianco, larghezza 1200 mm, lunghezza 1500 mm

Tesa adhesive tape 55195-00 is a large-format white adhesive film measuring 1200 mm in width and 1500 mm in length, developed for industrial and workshop applications. The wide-format design delivers uniform coverage on broad surfaces and reduces the number of seams and overlaps compared with narrow tapes. The film is intended for bonding, temporary fixation and surface protection tasks where a broad adhesive area improves efficiency and consistency.

Advantages

The tape provides a continuous wide adhesive layer that simplifies application on large panels and components. Its white finish offers visual contrast for alignment and inspection during production processes. The broad width minimizes applied joins and reduces labor time when covering large areas. The material is engineered to adhere reliably to common substrates used in industrial environments, providing consistent temporary fixation and protection performance.

Suitable for

• Bonding large panels and sheet materials in production or repair
• Temporary fixation of components during assembly or machining
• Surface protection of wide areas against scratches, dust or light mechanical contact
• Masking and covering applications that require a single wide strip

Key specifications

• Color: white
• Width: 1200 mm
• Length: 1500 mm
• Format: large-format adhesive film
• Typical application area: industrial and workshop use for bonding, fixation and protection

How to use

Ensure the substrate is clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles before applying the tape. Unroll the adhesive film and align it with the target surface, then press down progressively from one side to the other to avoid trapped air and wrinkles. For temporary fixation, apply firm pressure along the contact area to achieve the intended holding strength. For surface protection, ensure full coverage of the area to be protected and trim excess material with an appropriate cutting tool.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a dry environment at moderate temperatures to maintain adhesive performance. When used on sensitive paints or delicate surfaces, test a small area first to confirm compatibility and removal behavior. Remove the film slowly and at a low angle to reduce the risk of residue or surface damage; if residue remains, use a suitable solvent recommended for the substrate.
