Nastro in tessuto 3M Scotch PT39944 giallo 44 mm x 50 m — nastro in tessuto 3M

3M Scotch PT39944 Yellow fabric tape is a cloth-backed adhesive tape 44 mm wide and 50 m long designed for flexible, general-purpose use. The tape combines conformability and hand-tearability to perform temporary fixes, cable marking, bundling and light-duty repairs. Its yellow color improves visibility for identification tasks while the cloth backing allows the tape to adhere to irregular and textured surfaces in workshops, production areas and field environments.

Advantages

The fabric construction provides good flexibility and conformability around corners and uneven surfaces while remaining easy to tear by hand for fast application. The pressure-sensitive adhesive offers reliable short-term adhesion to many common substrates, including cables, metal, wood and painted surfaces. The tape’s bright yellow color enhances visibility for marking and identification tasks without compromising handling or cut resistance typical of cloth-backed tapes.

How to use

Clean and dry the surface before applying the tape to ensure the best short-term adhesion. Measure and cut or tear the required length; the cloth backing allows tearing by hand along its length. Press the tape firmly onto the substrate to ensure full contact between the adhesive and the surface. For bundling, wrap neatly with slight overlap to secure cables or hoses. Remove by peeling; removal characteristics depend on substrate and duration of application.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive performance. For long-term applications or where high-temperature resistance, solvent resistance or permanent adhesion is required, select a tape specified for those conditions. Test adhesion on sensitive or painted surfaces before extended use to avoid potential surface damage.
