3M 7000028852 nastro adesivo adatto per interni 50 m cloruro di polivinile (PVC) giallo

3M 7000028852 Yellow PVC Duct Tape is a durable indoor-use tape designed for masking, bundling and temporary repairs. The tape is 33 mm wide and supplied on a 50 m roll, with a PVC backing and a total thickness of 0.14 mm. Its bright yellow colour makes it easy to identify on surfaces, while the pressure-sensitive adhesive ensures good initial tack and long-lasting hold on a variety of substrates commonly found in workshops, construction sites and maintenance environments.

Advantages

The PVC backing provides flexibility and tear resistance, allowing controlled hand tearing and easy application around edges and irregular shapes. The pressure-sensitive adhesive offers reliable adhesion to painted surfaces, metal, plastic and some composite materials, while the tape’s uniform thickness contributes to consistent performance in masking and bundling tasks. The 50 m length reduces the need for frequent roll changes during extended jobs.

Suitable for

• Masking areas during painting and finishing work
• Temporary repairs and sealing of ducts or cables indoors
• Bundling and holding components during assembly
• Colour-coding and marking in workshops and storage

Key specifications

• Material: PVC backing with pressure-sensitive adhesive
• Colour: Yellow
• Length: 50 m
• Width: 33 mm
• Thickness: 0.14 mm
• Intended use: Indoor applications

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before application. Unwind the tape from the roll and apply by hand, pressing firmly to achieve full contact with the substrate. For masking during painting, apply along the desired edge and smooth down to prevent paint bleed. To remove, peel back slowly at a low angle; removal time may vary depending on the surface and environmental conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to maintain adhesive performance.

Recommendations

For best results in masking tasks, test adhesion on a small, inconspicuous area before extended use. Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. When used for temporary repairs, do not rely on the tape for permanent structural fixes.
