Nastro per mascheratura Tesa 04323 50 m x 50 mm, beige, standard

Tesa Masking Tape 04323 is a standard paper masking tape in beige, 50 m long and 50 mm wide. It is intended for painting and surface protection tasks where clean edges and temporary adhesion are required. The tape adheres reliably to painted walls, wood trim and other interior surfaces while remaining easy to remove without leaving heavy residue when removed within recommended time limits.

Advantages

The tape combines a paper backing with an adhesive formulated for general-purpose masking: it provides good initial tack and consistent adhesion across various indoor surfaces. It tears easily by hand for quick application, conforms to edges and profiles for neat paint lines, and is thin enough to reduce paint seepage under the edge. The neutral beige colour helps visual alignment on light-coloured surfaces.

Suitable for

• Interior painting and trim work
• Protecting surfaces during decorating and touch-ups
• DIY projects and temporary holding
• Masking off windowsills, door frames and baseboards

Key specifications

• Backing material: paper
• Adhesive type: general-purpose masking adhesive
• Length: 50 m
• Width: 50 mm
• Colour: beige
• Hand-tearable

How to use

Unroll the tape and press it firmly onto a clean, dry surface. For straight lines, unroll a little tape at a time and smooth it down along the edge with your thumb or a flat tool to ensure full contact. Apply to surfaces such as painted walls, wood trim or baseboards before painting. Remove the tape within the manufacturer-recommended time window and pull back slowly at a low angle to minimize paint lifting; removing while the paint is still slightly tacky or fully dry depends on paint type and surface.

Recommendations

For best results, test on an inconspicuous area first to confirm compatibility with the substrate and paint. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure and extended application durations beyond the tape’s temporary masking purpose to prevent adhesive transfer or difficult removal.
