Ombrello riflettente nero bianco Elinchrom 26357 diametro 125 cm

The Elinchrom Reflector Umbrella Black White 26357 with a 125 cm diameter is a studio lighting accessory designed to modify and control light from flash heads and continuous lights. Its black exterior minimizes stray light while the white interior provides soft, even reflection and diffusion. The umbrella’s size offers broad coverage suitable for full-body, group, and portrait work, and its lightweight construction allows for quick mounting and positioning on standard light stands.

Advantages

The umbrella combines a large reflective surface with a neutral white interior to produce soft, even illumination and gentle falloff. The black outer layer reduces unwanted spill and increases directional control. Its 125 cm diameter delivers wide, flattering light that reduces harsh shadows while preserving contrast. The umbrella is easy to collapse and transport and is compatible with most studio light fittings designed for reflector umbrellas.

Suitable for

• Portrait photography where soft, even light is required
• Full-body and fashion shoots needing broad coverage
• Group photography and small ensembles in studio settings
• Product and still-life setups that benefit from controlled reflection

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 cm for wide coverage
• Interior finish: white for neutral reflection and diffusion
• Exterior finish: black to prevent light spill and enhance control
• Form factor: reflector umbrella compatible with standard umbrella mounts
• Weight: lightweight construction for easy handling and transport

How to use

Set up the umbrella by inserting the umbrella shaft into the light stand or umbrella bracket and secure it according to the stand’s locking mechanism. Position the umbrella so the white interior faces the subject and adjust the distance between the light source and the umbrella to control softness and intensity. For more directional light, move the umbrella further from the subject or use grids/flags on other fixtures to shape spill. For softer, broader light, bring the umbrella closer and use a larger light source or diffuse the source further.

Recommendations

Use with monolights or studio strobes that accept umbrella mounts; ensure the umbrella shaft matches the mount diameter. When transporting, collapse the umbrella and store it in a protective sleeve to prevent damage to the ribs and fabric. Test exposure and light placement before shooting to achieve the desired balance between softness and contrast.
