Padella multiuso Fissler Adamant Classic rotonda 28 cm nera

The Fissler Adamant® pan Classic Round 28 cm is an all-purpose frying pan made in Germany, designed for everyday kitchen tasks. It has a 28 cm diameter, 60 mm height and a 20.5 cm bottom diameter that provides even heat distribution. The pan is manufactured from up to 60% recycled aluminium and finished in durable black with the particularly scratch-resistant, water-based Adamant® non-stick coating for easy cleaning.

Advantages

The Adamant® coating is water-based and highly scratch-resistant while delivering very good non-stick performance for searing, roasting and gentle frying. The rounded Classic pan body supports comfortable sautéing and spill-free swirling. Production from recycled aluminium reduces material consumption and the robust finish extends service life.

How to use

Preheat the pan briefly on the required heat level, then add fat or oil if desired. Use the pan for searing, frying or sautéing according to the recipe. Avoid metal utensils that could damage the non-stick coating; use wood, silicone or plastic tools. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; the Adamant® coating simplifies cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, use moderate heat settings and avoid sudden temperature shocks (for example, rinsing a hot pan with cold water). Hand washing is recommended to preserve the non-stick coating and prolong the pan's service life.
