How to use

Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding oil or butter for best browning. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to protect the nonstick coating. Avoid high dry heat for prolonged periods to preserve the surface and cook foods evenly by adjusting heat as needed. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly and wash with warm soapy water; persistent residues can be removed with a soft sponge.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the nonstick surface, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. Hand washing is recommended to maintain the coating and finish. For even results, preheat briefly and moderate the heat when searing or frying.
