Padella quadrata Russell Hobbs RH02148GEU7 22 cm dorata, padella antiaderente

Square pan Russell Hobbs RH02148GEU7 22 cm gold, non-stick cooking pan offers a compact, practical solution for everyday frying and sautéing. The 22 cm square cooking surface provides more usable area compared with a round pan of similar width, making it easier to fit fillets, chops or several vegetable portions in a single batch. A gold-coloured exterior and a non-stick interior coating simplify food release and cleaning while the design is intended to suit standard home stovetops.

Advantages

The square shape increases the usable cooking surface, allowing more food to be cooked at once without increasing overall footprint. The non-stick coating reduces the need for oil and prevents food from sticking, which makes turning and serving delicate items like fish easier. The 22 cm size is versatile for single- and small-family meals, and the pan’s relatively shallow sides aid in quick evaporation and browning. The gold finish provides a neutral aesthetic that complements most kitchen styles.

Suitable for

• Frying fillets, steaks and cutlets
• Sautéing vegetables and small batches of stir-fry
• Preparing omelettes and pancakes for one to two people
• Reheating small portions and searing meat

Key specifications

• Shape: square
• Cooking surface diameter equivalent: 22 cm
• Interior finish: non-stick coating for easy release
• Exterior colour: gold
• Suitable for: standard stovetops (gas, electric, ceramic)
• Typical use: frying, sautéing, searing, reheating

How to use

Preheat the pan over medium heat before adding food to ensure even cooking. Apply a small amount of oil or butter if desired; because of the non-stick coating, only minimal fat is needed. Place ingredients with sufficient spacing to allow heat circulation and turn or flip items as required for even browning. Avoid using high heat for prolonged periods to preserve the non-stick surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect the coating.

Recommendations

Use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick coating. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive pads and strong detergents. Do not use on induction cooktops unless specified by the manufacturer. Store the pan without stacking heavy items on top to prevent surface damage.
