Russell Hobbs RH00851EU7 28 cm with stone non-stick coating is a versatile frying pan designed for everyday cooking tasks. The 28 cm diameter provides a practical cooking surface for family meals and varied ingredients, while the stone-effect non-stick coating ensures easier food release and simpler cleaning. The pan is intended for routine frying, sautéing and searing on compatible stovetops and aims to deliver consistent performance with minimal maintenance.

Advantages

The stone-effect non-stick coating reduces the need for oil and prevents food from sticking, which simplifies both cooking and cleanup. The 28 cm size balances capacity and heat distribution for even browning across typical home-cooked portions. A durable construction offers reliable heat conduction and a comfortable handle improves handling and control during use. The pan's surface resists abrasion from normal utensils when used as recommended.

Suitable for

• Frying eggs, pancakes and omelettes
• Sautéing vegetables and stir-fries
• Searing meat cuts and fish fillets
• Preparing one-pan family meals

Key specifications

• Diameter: 28 cm cooking surface
• Coating: stone-effect non-stick surface for easier food release
• Intended use: frying, sautéing and searing
• Construction: even-heat base suitable for home stovetops (follow stovetop compatibility)
• Handle: ergonomic handle for comfortable grip and maneuvering

How to use

Before first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. Use moderate heat for most cooking tasks to preserve the non-stick coating and obtain even results. Preheat the pan briefly, then add a small amount of oil or butter if desired; the stone-effect coating supports low-fat cooking. Cook food while monitoring temperature; avoid overheating an empty pan. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing. Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scouring pads that could damage the coating.

Recommendations

To maintain the non-stick performance, use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant nylon utensils and avoid metal tools. Store the pan carefully to prevent scratches on the cooking surface; use protective liners if stacking with other cookware. Follow your stovetop manufacturer's guidance on compatible cookware and avoid rapid temperature changes to extend the life of the coating.
