Pannello cieco DELOCK 67274 — accessorio per rack in ABS grigio, 1 pz.

DELOCK 67274 is a 1U blind panel made of grey acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) designed for closing unused openings in 19" server and network racks. Supplied as a single-piece pack, the panel provides a durable plastic cover that contributes to tidy rack appearance and supports basic airflow management by preventing air recirculation through empty rack spaces. The product is suitable for standard equipment racks where a non-metallic, lightweight blanking plate is preferred.

Advantages

The ABS construction offers impact resistance and dimensional stability while keeping weight low. Installation requires no tools: the integrated mounting angle is simply pushed outward to lock the panel into the rack. As a single-piece solution, it delivers a clean, uniform look and helps maintain rack organization without the need for additional fasteners or mounting hardware.

Suitable for

• Closing unused 19" rack units in server cabinets
• Improving basic airflow separation between populated units
• Achieving a neat finish in network or telecommunications cabinets
• Temporary or permanent blanking of open rack spaces where plastic panels are acceptable

Key specifications

• Material: Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic
• Color: Grey
• Height: 1U (suitable for standard 19" racks)
• Package quantity: 1 piece
• Mounting: Tool-free installation via integrated mounting angle

How to use

Position the blind panel over the desired 1U opening in a standard 19" rack. Push the integrated mounting angle outward while inserting the panel into the rack rail so that the locking tabs engage. Verify that the panel is seated evenly along the front rail and that the mounting angle has snapped into place to secure the panel. To remove, depress the mounting angle as required and pull the panel out of the rack.

Recommendations

For effective airflow management, install blind panels in sequential empty rack units above or below active equipment to reduce front-to-back air bypass. Use in combination with other rack accessories such as brush strips or vented panels where higher thermal control is required. Avoid exposing ABS panels to direct prolonged heat sources or aggressive chemicals to maintain material integrity.
